Gary Yager

• Gary provides leadership, direction and guidance of bank's activities to assure short and long-range profitability and planned growth of the bank. Gary obtained a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Washburn University. Gary has graduated from various banking schools and courses conducted by the Kansas and American Bankers Associations. He currently has over 34 years of banking experience. Since May 2005 Mr. Yager has served as President and CEO of BOTS and VisionBank. September 2002, Mr. Yager served as Vice Chairman and Director of Western National Bank, Overland Park, Kansas, and managed that bank's two branches in Topeka, Kansas. From 1996 until September, 2002, Mr. Yager served as Director, Executive Vice President, Branch President and Senior Lending Officer for Columbian Bank & Trust, Kansas. From 1986 until 1995, Mr. Yager served as Vice President Commercial Loans for Commerce Bank & Trust in Topeka, Kansas. From 1976 until 1986, Mr. Yager served as Assistant Vice President for First National Bank in Topeka, Kansas. Mr. Yager has been a resident of Topeka, Kansas area for approximately 38 years during which time he has been actively involved in numerous civic, professional and community organizations as a member, officer, director and volunteer. He is a Board Member of Go Topeka, Downtown Topeka Inc., Topeka Housing Authority, Topeka Country Club, and the Downtown Business Improvement District.

Barb Montgomery

Barb Montgomery has been a strong leader in banking since 1975. She oversees the retail department of VisionBank, including business development and the growth of VisionBank's new accounts and deposits. Barb is member of Most Pure Heart Church and several committees' in Topeka. Barb is married to Steven and she has raised four children in the Topeka area and believes in the benefits of community involvement. Barb has held several positions in the banking community such as Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President and Senior Vice President.

Tim Krueger

Tim is involved in generating commercial loans and developing new business. Tim obtained a Bachelor's in Business Administration with majors in Management and Marketing from Washburn University, and has more than eleven years of banking experience. Tim is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, 2009 Leadership Topeka, Topeka Active 20/30 Club, Sales and Marketing Executives, Topeka Golf Association, and Fast Forward.

Jeff Narron

Jeff Narron has been in the banking industry since 1998. Jeff's roles over the past eleven 11 years have included Information Technology Officer, Internal Auditor, Mortgage Processor, Security Officer, Privacy Officer, Compliance Officer & Mortgage Lender. Jeff attended Independent Bankers Association of America Audit School and Independent Community Bankers of America Compliance School where he graduated and earned his Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer credentials. He was a member of SW Topeka Bible Church from 1986 where he participated as Deacon, Treasurer, Music Leader and Youth Group Leader. Jeff has also participated in Girl Scouts of Topeka Review Committee, Junior Achievement and gives to United Way of Topeka. He currently resides on the Friends of the Topeka Zoo Board of Directors.

Jana Proctor

Jana attended Kansas State University and Washburn University. She is a graduate of the Kansas Nebraska School of Banking and Compliance School. Jana has over 30 years of bank operations experience with 28 years in the Topeka area. She was a 1997 YWCA leadership honoree, has volunteered for Let's Help, KTWU, and the 501 Outreach Summer Lunch Program. She is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church where she has served as an Elder and Financial Secretary.
