The organizers of VisionBank believe there is a need for an independent locally owned, service oriented bank with superior technology in Topeka and the Primary Market Area. The organizers, directors and officers of the Bank are very active in the Topeka community. The majority of the investors are residents of and actively involved in the community. VisionBank has two excellent locations in Topeka, one downtown, which is in a prime location for commercial business, and the second Brookwood Shopping center, near the Bank's consumer based clientele. The Bank's goal is to provide high quality financial services, focusing on personal attention and the best technology based service in the area. The Bank's goal is to gain market share in the Primary Market Area by encouraging the organizers, investors and directors of the Bank to publicize and promote the Bank's business through their numerous civic and professional contacts in the community. In addition, radio and print media will be used to promote the Bank's services and products. Personal customer calls by bank officers will be used to attract customers. The organizers believe they will also be able to attract customers from other financial organizations based on a home owned philosophy and superb customer service.
