Gary Yager
Gary provides leadership, direction and guidance of bank's activities to assure short and long-range profitability and planned growth of the bank. Gary obtained a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Washburn University. Gary has graduated from various banking schools and courses conducted by the Kansas and American Bankers Associations. He currently has over 40 years of banking experience. Since May 2005 Mr. Yager has served as President and CEO of BOTS and VisionBank. September 2002, Mr. Yager served as Vice Chairman and Director of Western National Bank, Overland Park, Kansas, and managed that bank's two branches in Topeka, Kansas. From 1996 until September, 2002, Mr. Yager served as Director, Executive Vice President, Branch President and Senior Lending Officer for Columbian Bank & Trust, Kansas. From 1986 until 1995, Mr. Yager served as Vice President Commercial Loans for Commerce Bank & Trust in Topeka, Kansas. From 1976 until 1986, Mr. Yager served as Assistant Vice President for First National Bank in Topeka, Kansas. Mr. Yager has been a resident of Topeka, Kansas area for approximately 45 years during which time he has been actively involved in numerous civic, professional and community organizations as a member, officer, director and volunteer. He is a Board Member of Topeka Chamber and Delta Dental of Kansas. Mr. Yager is an active member with the Kansas Bankers Association Federal Affairs Committee, and the American Bankers Association Community Bank Council.
Tom Bals
Tom Bals
Tom brings over forty years of experience in financial services to VisionBank where he serves as Senior Vice President. He is actively involved in consumer and commercial lending as well as business development. Tom is a member of Christ the King Church and Topeka Country Club. He attended Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska and has participated in numerous banking schools throughout his career. Tom has been a Topeka resident for over forty years where he has been active in many civic and business organizations.
Tim Krueger
Tim Krueger
Tim is involved in generating commercial loans and developing new business for VisionBank. Tim develops new customer relationships along with maintaining and retaining current customers for VisionBank. Tim obtained a Bachelor's in Business Administration with majors in Management and Marketing from Washburn University, and has more than 19 years of banking experience. Through that experience Tim has been involved in management, marketing, training, loan generation and customer relations. Tim graduated from the ABA National Commercial Lending School in 2006 as well as Graduating from the School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin in 2013. Tim is a member of the Board of Directors of VisionBank, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Fast Forward (FORGE), 2009 Leadership Topeka, Kansas Banking Association Lending Committee, Bank Leaders of Kansas Class of 2016, Young Bank Officers in Kansas, Youth Entrepreneurs of Topeka Board Member, YMCA Metro Board Member, Topeka Active 20/30 Club (Past President and Board Member), and The Topeka Golf Association.
Jeff Narron
Jeff Narron

Jeff started with VisionBank in 2006 and has been in banking since 1998. Mr. Narron oversees the Compliance department. Additional education includes Independent Bankers Association of America Audit School and Independent Community Bankers of America Compliance School where he graduated and earned his Community Bank Compliance Officer (CCBCO) certification. Jeff is currently on the Schools of Banking Advisory Board for the Operation and Compliance schools and serves on the Harley-Davidson's Owner Group (HOG) local chapter as Director. Jeff is also an active contributor to United Way of Topeka.

Jana Proctor
Jana Proctor
Jana attended Kansas State University and Washburn University. She is a graduate of the Kansas Nebraska School of Banking and Compliance School. Jana has over 30 years of bank operations experience with 28 years in the Topeka area. She was a 1997 YWCA leadership honoree, has volunteered for Let's Help, KTWU, and the 501 Outreach Summer Lunch Program. She is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church where she has served as an Elder and Financial Secretary.
