  1. Add your VisionBank debit card on your iPhone® 6 by opening Passbook® and tap the plus sign.
  2. Tap the camera icon and position your card to take a picture. Enter the security code on the back of the card.
  3. Your VisionBank debit card will be verified and ready to use.

What is required to use Apple Pay?

To use Apple Pay you will need a compatible device and the correct version of iOS.

In-store purchases:

iPhone® 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

or Apple Watch™ - must be paired with an iPhone® 5 or later

iOS 8.1 or later

Touch ID or passcode

Apple ID with an iCloud account

In-app purchases:

iPhone® 6,iPhone 6 Plus, iPad® Air 2, iPad mini 3

iOS 8.1 or later

Touch ID or passcode

Apple ID with an iCloud account


How do I use Apple Pay once I am set up?

After you have set up your VisionBank debit card as your default card, hold your iPhone close to the contactless reader with your finger or thumb on the Touch ID™ at participating merchants.

What to do if my iPhone or iPad is lost or stolen?

If your iPhone or iPad is lost or stolen please call VisionBank at 785-357-4669 or visit one of our locations . You can also utilize the Find My iPhone feature to suspend or remove Apple Pay cards from your device.


What if my VisionBank Debit card is lost or stolen?

To Report a lost or stolen card:

During regular business hours you may call us directly at (785) 357-4669 or (785)271-4444. Please mention that you are an Apple Pay user.
