With near real-time Alerts from VisionBank powered by Guardian, you can receive updates on your Visa® card activity. And this unique service is available free for VisionBank Visa cardholders.

After your Visa card has been used, you'll receive an alert through text message. If there is fraudulent activity, you can find out within minutes and act quickly to resolve the situation.

Each alert contains important information, including the purchase amount, merchant name, and location (if available), and the last four digits of the Visa card used to keep you best informed.

You can activate your VisionBank Debit Card several ways:

  • Complete a balance inquiry at any ATM
  • Or call VisionBank at 785-357-4669 or visit one of our locations


What to do if my debit card is lost or stolen? 

To report a lost or stolen card:

During regular business hours you may call us directly at (785) 357-4669 or (785) 271-4444. After hours contact information for lost or stolen Visa® Check Cards at (866) 546-8273, 24 hours, 7 days a week.


What if I see a charge that is not mine?

If you need to dispute a charge on your VisionBank Debit Card, please call VisionBank at 785-357-4669 or stop by one of our locations.


Are there daily limits on my card?

Yes, for security purposes daily limits for VisionBank Debit Cards are $600 for Point of Sale and $400 for ATM withdrawals.


Can my limit be raised?

Limits may be temporarily raised. If you need to increase your daily limit on your VisionBank Debit Card for a large withdrawal or purchase please call VisionBank at 785-357-4669 or stop by one of our locations.


What if I forgot my Personal Identification Number (PIN) number?

You can call VisionBank at 785-357-4669 or stop by one of our locations and we will help to reset your PIN.
