Under the Options tab, you have the ability to set up alerts through email, SMS text message, and alert message upon logging into online banking.
Event Alerts - Set up alerts for a variety of events such as receiving an ACH deposit, when a bill payment has been paid, or when a reoccurring transfer has expired.
Balance Alerts - Set up alerts when your balance is above or below a set amount.
Item Alerts - Set up alerts for when a specific item clears.
Personal Alerts - Set up alerts for a specific date or personalized message alert.
Under the options tab you can view all the alerts available.
The download transactions screen through Online Banking gives you the ability to download or view transaction for a specific account using a download range and format. Download transactions from accounts and import them into a number of software packages based on available formats. The compatible software formats include Quicken®, QuickBooks®, and Microsoft® Excel®.
To download a transaction, select Download from the drop-down menu next to a listed account, and select an available download range from the Select Download Range field list. Next, select the format to download from the Select Download Format field list, and select Download to initiate the download.
Tired of getting locked out of your Online Banking? You have the option to set up password self reset. Regardless of how many invalid login attempts, you have the ability to reset your password without calling VisionBank.
To allow this function, you will need to login to Online Banking and select the Options tab. There make sure you have entered a current email address, password reset question, and password reset answer.
When you select Reset Password from the Online Banking logon screen, an extra screen will appear and you must enter your Online Banking ID, Email Address, and Email Subject. Once you submit you will receive an email shortly with instructions on how to reset your Password.
I don’t see all my accounts listed online. How do I access all of my accounts?
There may be several reasons why this would happen. First login to Online Banking and choose Options and then Display . The first line titled Accounts gives you the ability to display 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 or All of your accounts. Once you have selected the appropriate number of accounts choose Submit .

How do I order a copy of a statement?
You can access statements through Online Banking for a limited amount of time.
Login to Online Banking.
If you are setup for E-Statements choose the E-Statements tab and you can access the last 18 months.
If you do not have E-Statements set up, you can view the last three months statements under the Online Banking tab and then Statements .
How can I request a new Debit or ATM card?
If your debit card has been lost or stolen during regular business hours you may call us at 785-357-4669 or 785-271-4444.
